Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vantify Trading LLC. Because we operate as a B2B wholesaler, our return and refund policies are designed to support bulk trade efficiencies. By placing an order on vantifywholesale.com, you agree to the following:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the wholesale nature of our business and the competitive pricing of our 3C electronics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse,” slow-moving inventory, or price fluctuations in the market.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & DOA
We stand behind the quality of our supply chain. If you receive products that are functionally defective or “Dead on Arrival” (DOA):

Reporting Period: You must report the defect via email to info@vantifywholesale.com within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by carrier tracking).

Required Evidence: Your report must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defective item and its original packaging.

3. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a prior RMA Number issued by our support team.

Authorized returns must be shipped back in their original, unopened packaging with all included accessories.

Shipping Costs: Vantify Trading LLC will cover return shipping costs only for verified manufacturing defects. For all other authorized exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance.

4. RESTOCKING FEES
For any authorized return that is not due to a manufacturing error (e.g., shipping the wrong item), a 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund or credit to cover testing and administrative costs.

5. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Alternatively, we can provide Store Credit, which can be applied immediately to your next wholesale purchase for faster processing.

6. CUSTOMS SEIZURES & IMPORT ISSUES
Vantify Trading LLC is not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to local import regulations or intellectual property inspections in the destination country. No refunds will be issued for such cases.
