1. B2B WHOLESALE STATUS
Vantify Trading LLC is a B2B wholesaler registered in Wyoming. We supply products to professional resellers and business entities only.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE
Third-Party Trademarks: Any third-party brand names, logos, or trademarks mentioned or displayed on our products or website remain the sole property of their respective owners. Vantify Trading LLC is a distributor and does not claim ownership of these trademarks.
Buyer Responsibility: As a reseller, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your resale of the products complies with the intellectual property laws of your jurisdiction and the specific policies of the platforms you use (e.g., Whatnot, eBay, Amazon).
Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Vantify Trading LLC harmless from any claims, legal actions, or damages arising from intellectual property infringement related to the buyer’s marketing, branding, or resale activities.
3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & BRANDING
Products are sold “as-is” in terms of their branding and packaging. Vantify Trading LLC does not authorize buyers to alter, re-brand, or misrepresent the origin of the products in a way that infringes upon the rights of original manufacturers or patent holders.
4. PAYMENT & VERIFICATION
Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure bank transfers (ACH/Wire) and authorized electronic payment gateways.
Cleared Funds: Orders are processed only after full payment is verified and cleared.
5. SHIPPING & RISK
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of goods to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). We are not responsible for delays or seizures by customs due to local import regulations or IP inspections in the destination country.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Vantify Trading LLC shall not be liable for any legal fees, lost profits, or damages resulting from intellectual property disputes encountered by the buyer. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Wyoming.
